Hi, What exactly do you need help with ?
Q6600 Go is a very easy CPU to overclock, the hardest part is making sure everything else is setup and working well with it.
Essentially you need to get the CPU FSB upto around 200Mhz which would give you a good overclock of 3.6Ghz providing your cooling is upto it.
When setting up you FSB make sure you dont push the Ram too hard to start (check Multiplier on Memory compared with FSB to be sure).
What problems are you experiencing ? Is it basics you are after or is it a particular problem you are experiencing ?

I am currently running my Q6600 at 3.75Ghz (for a good while now) but my cooling is possibly a bit extreme for most.

Good advice, you can set the ram to unlinked and when you up the FSB the ram wont be overclocked.

I had my q6600 at 3.4 easily and was happy with that so I never tried any further.
Also make sure the PCIE frequency stays at 100mhz as it might change with the Overclocking.

The only thing then is stress testing the stability and making sure the temps dont get too high on the cpu.

Thanks 4 the inform.
I'am new to overclocking. I do not know where to start to overclock my pc.
So I need step by step instruction on how to overclock my pc with the hardware I have.

Thank u....

make sure to also overclock your graphics card if your case has good cooling.
Use riva tuner as i find this gives the best results. I currently have my card on
GPU=630 Shader clocks=1600 Memory=1007 i find this is the best compromise between performence and temps but yours may be different,

just read up on the internet how to overclock your cpu, there will be someone who has got very simular hardware to yourself that has posted step by step information and settings, google is your friend.

Oh and good luck

Dont be afraid to ask, lots of people on here with a lot of experience.

Good luck with the overclock, as you are new I would advised you to record your changes as you make them. If it all goes wrong (as it does for everyone) you will find it easier to get it back up and running.
