Had my tank for a few years now and had some fish from my neighbour who was getting rid of his tank...

I know this is a Parrot Cichlid

But not sure what these three are, can anyone help?

The cilchid should not be in with the other tropical as it requires differnt water quality much higher ph of around 8.4 compared to 7.4 for the others...and the green terror's can be very aggressive will eat smaller fish

Didn't think they should, going down the local fish place tomorrow to sort my tank out.

1st one is a Tinfoil Barb.

Thanks :)

Can also be very aggressive.......looks like you'll have to keep an eye on them babies......

Seem quite good actually that ones been in for a while.

I *think* the 2nd one is some kind of Gourami, as I have 2 that look very similar, but silver.

Yes deffo and No.....

Yeah golden gourami, its definately one of those. :)

First is a blood parrot , had 2 in my tank they got on fine with rest of fish

Love them, my favourite fish by far.

I want to get rid of my 4th fish. Its not taken well to my new fish and as its never been mine Im not really much for it. Can I take it to my local pets at home or what?

Which one? I could have a tank to house it deoending on which fish it is.

Glovers in fenton would be the best place to take it. I remember when my tank burst i had to collect all the fish up off the floor and rushed them to glovers where they looked after them until i got a replacement tank sorted. Just glad it wasnt the piranha tank

The dark one in the last picture. Its about 4 inches long.

Let me know otherwise I will take it up there tomorrow. Totally forgot about that place used to get most of my stuff from there. Cheers :)

Ah ok, i dont have a tank suitable for him. Hed be ok at glovers as there a few cichlid enthusiasts there so if he not sold in the shop no doubt one of them will rehome him :)

I am not sure he is a Green Terror.
I asked elsewhere as I was not sure, and it looks kinda like a female tropheus duboisi, however, the colouring is a bit wrong, perhaps a semi-mature example.
