Wheelie bin doubles as public toilet

What bel made this idea up? Why would any one want to wake up, take the bin out and "ill have a slash". Immature teenagers will just take the mikey out of this idea, takign ****s in them, pouring fire lighter liquid into them and setting them on fire.

I don't know but every street I have been on doesn't smell of ****, am I missing somthing here??

I can barely pee if someone is in the same room let alone the urinal next to me. Imagine peeing in this and some miscreants walking past decide to have a laugh with you.
 
So instead of peeing in public and the pee doing a perfectly natural job of evaporating into the air or soaking into the ground... it's just going to sit in a bucket stagnating on some poor sod's bin?

apart from it doesnt evaporate, most of the time is p***ed up some poor sods wall, in some poor office workers letter box, in shop doorways, alleyways, subways ect. not once have I seen someone on a drunk night out find a patch of dirt land and pee on the mud.

It doesnt sit in the bin either, theres a bio matter mulch at the bottom, the enzymes in the pee turn it into compost.

I personally think its a bloody brilliant idea.

Silly idea as the public wont like it, but the public loos should be placed out more. Public toilets rarely exist and where there are some they are locked at night. Bars and clubs are shut. so what exactly are you meant to do.

Either provide the public loos that you see about every now and then or open up public toilets.
 
So you can just get it out while people walk past? buses drive past? school buses? I can't see it improves much on the original problem. If anything, you're going to be more exposed.

the idea according to what the creator said is for the night times. i.e. weekends, drunk clubbers ect.

Yes, have you never used one of those public porta loo things. It's not as if anyone can see you and it's not as if school buses are around at 2am.
