Buried some bottles in the snow about 2 hours a go and just retrieved them.

Soooo cold, seriously nice.

I advise everyone does so.

Hmm, I have a load of cans of Boddingtons left over from Christmas. Doing this may just render them drinkable.

I'm way ahead of you. Had a snow refrigeration tower crafted in the back garden for a few days now. Great stuff. Also means there's more room in the fridge for BEER!

Yup I brought a bag of snow with me inside and dumped it in the sink, put my brews in.....yum

I would follow this idea however as I am on the first floor I am afraid they may go walkies before I can enjoy them.

Yeah I brought the snow inside because there's no way I'm leaving beer outside for people to take!

damned flats!

Think of it as a chance to practice your detecting skills, the snow should give you a headstart in tracking the miscreants. Or set up a snow pit in front of the beers to lure in thieves so you get sport and chilled beer - what could be better?

Used to do this when I worked in a ski resort.

- Fill a ski patrol rescue sled with snow.
- Put a load of beers in.
- Hold the beer by the top and twist it around deep in the snow for a couple of minutes and it super chills it fast.

I hang beer out of the window in a plastic bag to cool down in winter lol :p

Used to do that in halls at uni when you couldn't leave beer in the fridge without it going missing :p

When I was really little our freezer died whilst we had some decent snow. Came home from school and mum sent us out in the garden to find our tea as she'd buried everything outside :D

I went to Finland last year in Feb to play Kyykka (finnish skittles game). It happens to be a very alcohol-centric tournament - held in Tampere University of Technology.

Here's where I kept my beer:
