Which cooler would you guys recommend I use to overclock my Phenom II 955BE? Thanks

I dont have both of them, so I can not compare. However I have read lots of review on both of them, so I think in term of performance they are quire similar.
What you really need to care about is how to set up these coolers. H50 save you lots of space, however for best performance you need to use it as an intake. And H50 look better (for me).

Nh-D14 if you have the space. The NH-U12P isn't that good anymore, especially for the price. Otherwise there's the Thermolab Baram and Alpenfohn Nordwand to consider.

I bought NH U12P 5 months ago, overclocked my CPU to 3.8 - no problems with heat (despite the high voltage). However, now I would recommend Noctua Nh-D14

H50 is an impressive piece of kit. Even with 1.4v going through my Q9550 the highest core temp is 68C! At the highest long-term stable overclock my Q9550 doesnt go above 63C! Plus it is very quiet!

Supposed to be ok up to about 1.45...of course it wouldnt be a good idea to leave it there too long. Now have it at 1.3, not bad for 3.85Ghz! Sadly, that is as high as it will go on this motherboard
