Hi all,
Just wondering if anybody else has been having mail delivered in the south east - I've been waiting for some mail for a few days now but royal mail have not delivered for the last three days - Obviously this is t do with the weather etc but I'm just wondering if they had stopped delivering all together or weather they were still trying to get mail out?

Mine delivered for the first time since Tuesday on Friday, still loads of stuff i'm expecting missing but ho hum, tis to be expected.

To be fair the area I am in has awful paths they are just ice, I made the mistake of walking to the shop with the kids as I thought it might be fun but it is so iced up.

I cant blame them for not sending them out as they will have a liablity to the employee.

I've been waiting for some parts for my bike all week, no show :(

Was planning to build it up this weekend since it's too cold to ride, ahh well, back to the Wii :D

Yeah, I've had a lot of delays all over the country. Cant be helped though really. And looking outside, its just started to snow again. Ah well

Don't be silly. Royal Mail never deliver. Due to strikes, the weather, as the day has a y in it. Etc.

I haven't had any post since the 22nd Dec. And that was a "sorry you weren't in" card for my Becks glass. Even though I was in.

EDIT - what makes it even more unpalatable is I walked 2 mile round trip to pick up said glass earlier this week in almost foot deep snow and -14 temperature. If I can do it for FREE, they can do it for payment.

I had a chat to my postman the other day, he gave up on the bike but he has been delivering with a trolley and snow spikes over his trainers. He said that they didn't have to come out if they didn't feel safe.
