H50 owners... Mounting second fan

Was just wondering how you guys have installed a second fan (push/pull) on your h50?

My unit only came with enough screws for 1 fan, so do I get more screws (and if so what ones should I get?) or do I faff around with cable ties or silicon rubber things...
 
Lol, Thats what problem i had was sitting there.. ummmm :rolleyes:how can i mount my extra fan on my h50.... for about 3 mins of thinking. i thought.... lol. just use 2 screws on each fan :D
 
Can't remember but its either 3.5 or 5.25 drive screws which fit it.

They are short but they will go through ONE of the fan holes to secure it to the rad.

Mmm yeh but then i have to drill out the opposite hole to be able to fit a screwdriver through to fix it. That's what I did to my crummy case fans but I don't want to butcher some nice new ones:)
 
You'll probably have a hard time finding some screws that work very well as the screws are some retarded American size thats only really used there.

I used a broken miniature screwdriver which could fit through the first fan hole and still turn the screw to fix the fan to the rad :cool:

£2.03 comes with 4 washers and 4 lock nuts that are not required and an Alan key for the the screws

The screws fit perfectly
