The Future of MMO's is LOVE???

yeah he doesnt really explain it well, its basically build a city and defend. Attack another city by finding out how to get past its defences.
 
I'm not sure if I like the artistic direction right now but I think it is placeholders and will keep an eye out on this.
 
how can you say "it looks crap"? It isn't made by some massive company with hundreds of workers on this creating its own engine and all crap like that, they aren't going to have cutting edge technology, and just because it LOOKS bad graphically, doesn't mean it plays bad.

However, it reminds me a lot of wiremod on gmod, only in a bigger world with an obvjective, so you may aswell get gmod instead :p

Mount and Blade has 2 people working on it and that's a fantastic game and looks great.
 
Looks interesting, might be one to keep an eye on. There's not many other MMO type games I'm really watching other than Blade and Soul.
 
That game actually looks awesome. It certainly looks more fun to play than the mass produced first person shooters as of late have been. I love the 'storm the castle' sort of gameplay mechanic, too. It looks like the sort of thing I'd start playing at 1PM and find myself wondering why it's suddenly 2AM despite the fact that it feels like I haven't spent any time at all at it.
 
Looks gash to me - thing is people are retards - Most humans cant play 24h a day - your pretty city (tho it looks incredibly ugly and boring like a 80s spectrum game glammed up) will be nuked from orbit at 2am when most normal humans sleep.

EVERY MMO EVER has this/ has had/ it will have it.

remember when your POS was destroyed off peak hours? Your relic keep was raided at 2am? Your Large rebel base was destroyed at 1pm in the afternoon ? The list is endless.

this doesn't need to be an MMO.
 
No DX11? Alpha male lead character? Achievements? no Boobs? must be crap!... :)

On a more serious note. Been watching this one for a while now, seems to have a lot of potential and the visuals are genuinely great, very creative .Id gladly pay for beta access if i had the time to play it.
 
Someone mentioned earlier, but it reminded me of wiremod. Except wiremod can be a lot more advanced, it has better gfx (hl2 gfx), however, it doesn't really have this build a city and kill people thing. Not too sure why they are releasing it yet though. It seems like they have the 'infrastructure', why can't they keep hold of it for half a year - year and improve the graphics at least a little bit.
