Hello

Just been and bought a Sandisk cruzer 16GB Flash drive for my Philips DVD Home Theatre System (model number HTS3357)

The dvd player will not recognise the flash drive, yet it recognises my samsung MP3 player?

Anyone know any solutions to this or why it is happening? Thanks

Hey cheers for reply's.

Could you please tell me how to check this and how to change it if so.

Thanks

EDIT: Its already FAT32

Also the Samsung MP3 Player is FAT32 aswell

Right click on the drive in windows then properties. It will have a type setting.
Then if it is ntfs, reformat as Fat32.

Check in the manual about using USB keys first.

Sorted it :)

There was a program ready installed on it called U3 which sets the documents for you (Pictures, videos, music) so formatted the drive to completely 'destroy' everything.

Now it works fine.

Cheers guys
