lol yeah, just over 50 quid extra a week, but all overtime rates have increased also.

When this happens, I normally find that overtime mysteriously drys up. Least it did when our overtime moved from an 'additional' payment to double time.

We're (as a company) are pretty lucky with overtime, its quite steady.
