Bully 360

Looking for something a litle different to play, have seen this cheap in local store, is it worth picking up?

A lot of people seem to enjoy it. Personally I thought it was pretty poor, and got bored of it quickly. Visuals are dated, some tedious "missions", just felt like a chore playing it.

If it's really cheap then sure, otherwise I'd leave it.

I didn't mind it. Plenty of hours in it too, played it loads and only completed 30% of it!

I'll echo this sentiment. I really didn't have high hopes for it but loved every minute. Ok it betrays the fact it was a PS2 game and ported into HD for the 360 but it's fantastic fun.

Yeah I enjoyed it on the Xbox, When it was re released on 360, i never tried it. but if it's essentially the same game with a face lift I cant see a fault in it.

Are people talking about the same game?, I personally love this game.

It was my two 5 PS2 games, and now it is easily in my top 5 360 games.

It is buggy on thr 360 though, and the patch that was supposed to fix it did not really so it is worth always having the game frequently saved.

I cannot wait for Bully 2 if the rumours are true.

What is not to like, the story is hilarious; jokes coming in fast and furious, it has a good moral core to it (the aim of the game is to get eveyone from the different social groups, nerds, jocks, greasers, preps to all just get along with each other).

The challenges are unique and much more fun than what you get in the likes of GTA (which is largely just an iteration of just kill everyone).

It is kind of like Bak to Skool for the Spectrum 48k which was also (strangely) one of my top 5 speccy games too.

Guess the genre just appeals to me.

I did that yesterday, loaded up my game today and it didn't save anything from yesterday.
