Decent meal out of this

Well, despite cooking it in the oven it turned out great. One of the tastiest meals ive had in a while.

Instructions for cooking -

Preheat oven
Wash jacket spud and cut in half
Boil jacket for 10 minutes
Fry 1 onion at same time as boiling
Take jacket out, chop into squares
Put on tray with olive oil (i used some decent red palm & canola oil) salt, pepper, garlic, cumin & thyme
Put fried onions and corned beef hash on top
Put back in oven for 10 minutes...
