Cancelling a phone contract.

So hold on...

Im paying £10 a month on insurance when my phone is covered by Orange for another 7 or so months?

£10 a month phone insurance :| (quite expensive I believe)

But phone insurance covers things like being stolen and accidental damage (drop it in a pint, etc) which a manufacturers warranty does not.
 
You say they didn't tell you that your contract would renew, did you expect them to give you a free phone and leave it at that? Almost everyone knows that upgrading renews your contract. I've been with Orange for 5 years, pay as you go and contract in both my name and my parents and they've always been clear with me and helpful! My three contract on the other hand is dire for customer service!
 
Whilst I'm here, I need to cancel my phone insurance and some other thing I had no idea was taking money. Policy Admin or something? :confused:

Where would I find the numbers?

The phone didn't work.
They refused to replace it, despite it being 5 months old.
They're a horrible company.
 
Not for me, Im paying £45 a month on the contract and £10 insurance.


Thats why i need to get it cut down ASAP.
