Upgrade advice for under £60 2nd hand

I have been asked by a mate to spec an improvment on his graphics front.

He currently has a 9200 and a 19" widescreen and has about £50 to £60 to spend.

2nd hand 4870/8800gts/9800gtx or a new card?

Im guessing its a Radion 9200 SE? had one of those eons ago - aren't they AGP?

Oops. It's pci-e. The system reports as Nvidia 9200 so I am guessing onboard?

If he has a PSU which is 450W+ then see if you can find a 4870. if it is an onboard chip he will be overwhelmed by the upgrade!

i'm running a 4870/Intel Core 2 Quad, a host of hard disks on 420 watts so dont worry about needing "450W+"
