From reading around the care package glitch is gone, although it took some people a while to realise and they were still tryin it hehehe

And the textures now have CRC checks on them, the hackers are doing a fair bit of moaning about this so hopefully they can get around it anymore.

Also peeps saying there are game ending with a "network error reported" on games with XP hacks.

Finally it look like aimbots will still be an issue even with the new patch

Says nothing about taking commando and lightweight off. i doubt IW will remove that improving their games is not one of their strong points. IW needs a decent cheat protection program that gets regular updates. they need to remove some perks that ruin the game and have them changed to better perks. noobtube needs to be gone and replaced with a different weapon attachment. An my version is 177 at the end.

I like commando and lightweight they are good perks.

Commando - If someones gotten close enough to knife you either via sneaking or dodging bullets then they deserve the advantage.

Lightweight - In order to move faster you need to sacrifice your red perk which imo is the best one.

The grenade launcher is a bit of a PITA. I don't want to see it removed because some people are like surgeons with it. They deserve to have it at their disposal... I do think that it should have 1 round not 2. Having 2 "noobtoob" shots allows it to be abused by less skilled individuals getting kills by (excessive?) blast radius damages.

I'm liking the game more and more. They're fixing glitches, trying to balance weapons and making connecting easier (apparantly).

I just wish they'd bloody hurry up and patch dedicated servers or me and my clan will be jumping on the next decent FPS out.

Commando drives me nuts. The amount of times I have got 2/3 shots on people just to have them knife me is stupid. The extra lag seems to be the killer as by the time a few shots have registered, on my screen ive emptied half a mag into them just to be knifed from across the room.

Prob not commando that is causing that to be fair. They were prob taking adv of the care package bug + dymanically adjusting their rate to warp...
 
Ive found a nice anti knife setup..


Perks are Bling Pro, Stopping Power Pro, Steady Aim Pro

Primay weapon is Akimbo Rapid Fire P90's
Secondary is Akimbo G18s with extended mags.

Basically just spray them to death.

lol that is the most retarded set up i think i have seen.
 
Or you can just aim for the top of the chest and take him down before he reaches you. Aiming for the top of the chest works because you have more of a chance of hitting him while he strafes rather than if you aimed for the head. If you can aim fast enough, the only time you should be killed by a knifer is when you both come face to face close quarters around a corner or something.

Ye its a joke, the range on it is ridiculous. The sniper rifles don't always kill in one hit yet you can knife someone in the foot and down they go.
