nice fantasies you got there. bf bc is the "evolution"(more like dumbing down) of the battlefield series like cod4 was for the cod series. bf games will never be like bf 2 again, get over it. things change and the pc community is too insignificant to developers these days.

Does this game appear to be more or less dumbed-down (i.e. consolitis) than, say Modern Warfare 2?
I tried the game on PS3 Beta, and honestly, it had the closest feel to a PC FPS that I've ever seen on a console game... We'll see soon enough though.

Gamestop has released a new Battlefield Bad Company 2 trailer concerning the unannounced Squad Rush multiplayer game mode. Squad Rush will contain 2 teams of 4 players. Objective is to secure 2 tactical positions, known as M-COMS.

I totally agree with this comment. I got really addicted to it tbh... there is just so much to do... Granted the same map and game type got a little boring at one point... but everynite i just wanted to play it!
We support Eyefinity and with a wider FOV, although the integration isn't fully done & tested just yet.
I don't think it will be unfair in MP, saying it would be would be the same as saying it would be unfair for someone to have a really high mouse precision so he can run and super-quickly turn around and as such see everything that is going on around him. But that is obviously something we all accept.
We have to do more testing and see how it turns out, but I'm not worried.
The FOV is built for the ideal experience, we want all players to experience the same FOV especially in MP for balance
