Decided to say night night to professor walked in 2 shotted it. TBH its a really really easy fight. Its not even got a high dps requirement. Its all about staying alive. We killed it with 1.40 on the clock easy. Can't wait for HM we are thinking it'll be both slimes at the same time.

I'd recommend not spending anything until ur 80. Get the BOA items and then plow through content, level your professions as you go too.
my guild has decided to move servers, we have been on Al'Akir since day one but the horde:alliance ratio was silly at around 4:1 and queues to login of over 1000 ppl every night of the week are just taking the pee.
free transfer to Auchindoun came up and the guild moved, my accounts are frozen atm as I have no pc to play on lol so had to get some one to log my mage in (as it had ingame mail) before I could transfer

Don't blame you for moving away from Al'Akir, almost every Horde player I've come across in random dungeon from there has been a complete tool.
Most hilarious being the 80DK who wanted to lvl his sword skill in heroic Pit of Saron on patch day who raged like a little kid when he was asked to actually do some DPS and left the group after leaving a few profanities and insults behind
Part of me wants to move a lower pop battle group because im sick of the terrible lag in raids on Weds, Thurs and Sunday. We lose around 2 hours each of these raid days because of all the damned pugs killing up to saurfang for their precious badges.

Well I've re-activated my account
If you read back in this thread I posted about how my account was payment locked when I tried to re-activate it in September last year, as this lock was lifted December (yes, it took that long for Blizzard to get back to me) I thought I'd come back now.
Unfortunately I logged in to my account to find my character pretty much naked and with 10g in his bag
I had a full set of Shadowcraft and over 4000g when I left him! I know Shadowcraft wasn't exactly the best armour but I worked hard for it. On the bright side whoever was on my account has levelled him to 64, up from 61 when I left him.
Anyway, I've formatted my PC in the last two months so I doubt there is anything malicious on there now. I've changed my password and linked the WoW account to my new Battle.net account so hopefully it's secure now.
Time to farm some gold for armour and a respec

only hard thing about proffesor is making sure you have no oozes or any of the green pools on the ground when you go into Ph3, we killed it again this week with a raid of half alt half mains in ph3 our tanks do

Because its raid damage. Our healers DPS pretty much until p3. then they all said how hardcore the dps was in p3.
Are they just like the RSA SecureID devices? It's good to see Blizzard are not fleecing the customers with a high price and extortionate shipping

I don't know what the RSA SecureID device is, but it's just a little keyring that generates a code evey 30 seconds, and you have to type it in to log in the game or into your account on the website. It's synced with your account so only the code that's showing on your keyring will allow you into the game or account
You can get a free one on your iPhone or iPod Touch (which i have), or possibly on the Android OS too but i'm not sure on that last bit.

They sound identical to RSA SecureID dongles! I've ordered one as the Mobile Authenticator doesn't work on Android yet. I just need Blizzard to take the Credit/Debit card lock (not a total payment lock!) off my account now, stuck using pre-paid GTC's until they do.

I gave them my IP address/es (had it changed during the cross-over) and CD keys as proof i was original owner and they lifted it within 24 hours. Got all my gold back too as the guy had left the level 1 character he had made to trade it in Ratchett. Once they'd looked up the log they could see that the character was created from a new IP address and had lost X gold (they can track that too!) then it was a pretty simple operation. I think they said they wouldn't remove a payment lock again so to make sure i got an authenticator etc.

I'm waiting on my Authenticator being delivered. Since ordering, one of my friends has had their account completely emptied so it's been a bit of a wake up call for us all.
Can anyone recommend some pve addons for dps roles? I'm definitely not keeping Rend up consistently and I think it'd be more helpful to have better focus for cool downs and procs so I can make better judgement on what ability to use in order to raise my overall dps.
I think I've got my rotation/priorities correct: Charge > Rend > MS > OP > Execute > SS/BS and filling in between when nothing is ready Slam or HS. I wouldn't say I'm slacking, but I do need to raise my dps and I'm fairly sure it's no longer just gear..

Simplify it. Make a macro that casts Rend after Charge, so when you tap it twice it will charge and apply rend immediately.
You can also throw it onto a macro with MS or another skill you don't spam repeatedly to keep it up constantly.

Stormscale was having over 1000 queues and lots of lag.
We have now lost several top guilds 2from alliance 1 horde so far.
The horde : alliance ratio was quite bad but since they left theres been no more than 200 queue. Hopefully people will stay away for a bit longer.

In our 10man our druid tanks quit the game, so i'm gunna have to tank on my DK, anyone know how DK tanking in ICC is?

But who knows yet. DKs really need something doing to them currently , we lack armor and avoidence big time.

theres such a simple tactic for it its easier then the gauntlet after saurfang! we have done it unbugged on both 25man and 10man! again u just need non keyboard turners and people who know how to play cause DPS on green doesnt really matter its the DPS on the red that can be a problem!
DK tanking is fine with 4 peice! use VB on every cooldown and just get good healers, ive tanked all of 10man while doing the achievements but i DPS in 25man!

This is exactly the same as me currently. I'll be tnaking in 10man dps in 25man, sucks really, i rather dps'd in 10man
