Bioshock 2 + 1 quadpack on steam

Has anyone bought this and got their 4 copies on bioshock 1 ???

According to steam:

Pre-purchase now save 10% and receive one copy of BioShock 2 for yourself, three copies to give to your friends and four copies of BioShock to give to your friends!

I have bought this pack and only got 2 copies to gift???

I already have the game was expecting to see 4

Currently downloading Bioshock @ 5.2MB/s. Did not think Steam would nearly max out my connection

Mine was going steady at 2.2 and has now dropped to 1.7, i think you're behind this

70% so far, still very fast, looking forward to another playthrough before bioshock 2

steam normally maxes out my connection... especially when the servers are relatively quiet

Same happend to me, then all of a sudden the missing 2 copies turned up, at first i was going to obviously offer them to the people who bought my bioshock 2 gifts but as i only had 2 i didnt think it was fair so i gave them to some other steam pals and the other 2 turned up............
