Nobody knows yet, id imagine it will be a key and a link to the beta page which will have mirrors for the client file.

Ive only ever had 1 problem with a pre order delay and that was with a book from play.com, which im guessing was due to the snow this month.
Hence why i buy almost all my books and games from there ( unless i can find it cheaper elsewhere)

I think I read that they send you a key to your mail account when I purchased, I'm sure they'll be a download link as well. Shame my internet connection is so slow, I'll probably be ready to play the beta when retail hits.

Don;t think thats how it works as people in europe have already got the keys from other retailers, no dload link for them at least.
