This is MSI's version of Furmark and fully integrates into MSI Afterburner to give you stability testing as you overclock.

Pretty cool really.

Just ran a benchmark at 1920 x 1200 8 x aa full screen and scored 2712 45 fps av.

EDIT: Can a passing mod change the title since I spelt it wrong. Thanks.

I must say i have used rivatuner for years for overclocking, then one day last week i saw a good review of MSI Afterburner on some other forums, I gave it ago and was gobsmacked at how slick it looked and how good it worked, it seems to give me a far more stable overclock at higher clock speeds, it has some great features you can even adjust the core voltage of the GPU and works with the latest Nvidia drivers.

MSI afterburner is built off Rivatuner. I guess the guy who made them is focussing more on afterburner hence why it regularly gets updated.

I've got the same block, tis why I asked.

Not as high as in Furmark then.

I was been mean with the truth;). The stability test is in a window and lowish res. If I run the Kombuster and set it to 1920 x 1200 with 8xaa and make it full screen then my temps go much, much higher.

Anyway, its nice and neat integrated and even in a window at lowish res, my temps get higher than in games so is a perfectly valid stability test as far as I am conerned (except just to make sure I ran it full screen at 1920 x 1200 and 8xaa for 3 hours)

Sounds good, I'll have to give it a blast.

Strangely, I have found that with Furmark the VDDC temps rocket when running in full screen and with no AA. It's very weird. Wack on some AA and they're like 20C cooler! Maybe it's something to do with the framerate.
