Hi In my current PC I have 4GB of OCZ 1066Mhz Ram, I just took apart an old pc and have another 2GB of 800Mhz RAM that I could put my current system, but then I would have to run my 1066Mhz RAM at 800Mhz.
So I was wondering which would be better, 6GB of 800Mhz or 4GB of 1066Mhz?

go for thr 1066 4 gig is enough to run anything mate with the 1066 is a nice boost in speed.

I'd probably use the extra RAM if it was me. What is you memory actually running at now? the full 1066? I'm not upto date with AMD setups/overclocking. The 800MHz RAM might be able to run closer to 900.

It would depend on your workload. I would normally advise going for more RAM running at a slightly slower speed than going for a little less which runs at a higher rated speed. Since you already have 4GB of DDR2 RAM rated at PC2-8500, if you are finding you are running out of physical memory on a consistent basis, then it would be advisable to increase the amount of RAM you have.

If you are worried about having to purchase RAM which will be running at a slightly slower speed (DDR2 PC2-6400) than the RAM you currently have due to needing more RAM, then there is actually very little to worry about. The difference between DDR2 PC2-6400 and DRR2 PC2-8500 RAM would be difficult to notice under normal circumstances.
