Does the, Palit GeForce GTS 250 in store have a HDMI socket on the rear, it looks to have 1 in the pic, but no mention of it in the description?

Cheers, so as its a green edition, would that it could run on a lower watt PSU. If i had just the 1 harddrive and a few usb devices, what psu watt could i get away with, 400watt?

Easily especially if the psu is quality. The GTS250 normal is a rebadged 9800GTX and I used to run a 9800GTX, 4 hard drives, 2 optical, overclocked quad, a laing d5 waterpump and 7 fans off a Tagan 460W psu.

Was looking at the, OCZ StealthXStream 500w Silent, maybe overkill but at £40 cant complain really, seems to have good reviews

Yeah, not the best psu but very good for £40 and you would have to pay a lot more to get better. I used to have an OCZ and couldn't fault it. Even better when it did go wrong, since the model had been replaced they sent me a higher rated brand new model as a replacement.

You making a cheapo HTPC by any chance?

Wooh. I never knew such a thing existed. You ought to make an in build thread as I would be interested in following that.

Oh wow dude.

Deffo get a seperate build thread inserted into case central. You'll get a pretty decent follwing for such a project and I'd deffo be interested in seeing something like.

Didnt even know things like that existed..

lol, yeah ok ill do that. At the moment im in the process of finding a 42" LCD that has really good viewing angles, due to the nature of the position that the LCD will be placed in

i wonder if that would be enough room to have a rear-projection system put in it. just buy the shortest throw video projector you can, buy the transparent screen material and it would have outstanding viewing angles and also be very durable if you put a sheet of plexiglass over it.
