Bangkok imo. Very different city with plenty to do from what I hear. Wouldn't really spend 5 days here in Tokyo, no real amazing sights to look at and only really gets interesting at night unless you come during one of the festivals.

Hanoi, and throw in a couple of days sailing round Halong Bay which is only a couple of hours away.

Just come back from Singapore, 5 days is way too much unless you love humidity and hookers. Stay at the Mandarin Oriental if you can.
