Battlefield BC2 looking dam sweet

Can't stand the Killcam whores who just watch where the got sniped from and just go to that spot to knife the sniper.

Don't play with me then, sunshine.

It's not a CoD killcam - it just shows you who killed you in real-time so you can see where they are. No time-history view showing how you were killed.

Just to add, the cam shows you from the front and somtimes keeps up with people if they move after they have shot you. But tbh i found tracers and just looking at the terrain and where i would snipe from real fun.

Even from half the map away you could generaly know the direction and hight of the person fireing at you. On the habour map it was a massive hill at the first defend base. But even the m24 (first sniper rifle) tracers could be picked up from the last defend base, which has its positive and negative effects.

Its brilliant fun if you find another sniper that seems to be after you or your after a sniper that just killed you :D

a good counter arguement may be that helps deter camping...?

very good counter argument. You just have to ask, which is worse. Suppose it is a case of finding a compromise if there is one.

So having the option of Non-hardcore - less campers, or hardcore- more campers, is enough to suit different types of players.

Still, i'll be in the hardcore rooms as i like a bit more realism (for lack of a better word), in the fact that the bullet damage is more realistic.

I like to know who had killed me for some revenge, but I hate when I am sniping (not camp sniping, but in the middle of the map somewhere), find a very good spot, and somebody who i have just killed finds out where i am from looking at the killcam and comes straight to my hidden spot that he wouldn't have found if I hadn't killed him. This is from CoD experience though, and i realise that this killcam will be completely different, so I'm not complain about that just to let you know ;)

Can't wait :)

Wouldn't mind trying this, haven't played a BF game in a while!

That's what I'm doing - as far as I'm aware, they don't lock the order in until a few days before release. So you should be able to cancel right up until beginning of March.

Have we had any news on beta filesize? Can't see it being small, even with most of the maps removed and it's going to take a while to download, never mind trying to do it on Thursday with a shedload of people around the world.

If i remeber right, the ps3 beta size was 2gig ish(really cant remember)

So im expecting about 3 and half gig maybe for the pc beta:confused:. And 7-8 gig for the full game.
