Assassin's Creed 2 info

Not that ive bought the dlc on the console version but its a little unfair for the console owners to have to pay for what was essentially meant to be in the game while the pc version gets it as standard as it was meant to be -_-.

Just fyi, the DLC isn't free. The PC version apparently will cost the same as the Xbox/PS3 versions. Not normal PC prices.

It may say that, but many retailers haven't pushed the prices up I noticed just yet, therefore it may be that the retail price goes up, but buy from online and you pay more or less the same.

AC2 is basically the same price as a regular PC game + the price of the included DLC, seems fair, pretty low system reqs aswell

Console gamers did get the game months ago, id rather have the console content with the console release date than the pc content/release date.

Feel real sorry for anyone stupid enough to buy it on the PC. I made that mistake on the 360 version as could not wait 4 months  Everything about the game is a massive backwards step from AC1 (which did not sell well on PC anyway due to being pirated 2 months before release with a leak by the dvd duplicator who are being sued for $11M by Ubi).

If you play this for about the first 15 mins you will realise what a massive mistake you have made & money you have wasted :( If the early PS2 level ingame cutscenes do not open your eyes then you should have gone to specsavers ;) If you have already bought AC1 on PC then you have played a superior version of this game with better gfx & 2GB more HD useage due to much more ingame content.

The real scary thing is that AC2 got great reviews when its a poor game & 2 years out of date  Guess Ubisoft's huge marketing budget was able to influence most reviews ;)

Oh yeah almost forgot about the genius creation Ubi have now called "Uplay". You are forced to sign up & use it if you want to access all ingame content and it is Ubisoft's way of taking control away from MS/Sony by selling you direct DLC. Splinter Cell5 is using it just like Assassins Creed2 does. Its even currently called Uplay Beta & is laggy & unreliable as well as clunky to use. If they are silly enough to force this on PC gamers you thought current PC DRM is bad is all I will say.........
