The Missus and I picked up her new car today replacing her Mini Cooper, it's a Land Rover Freelander 2 Td4 SE (late 56 reg with 30k on the clock, six-speed manual).

Spec list:- Part-Leather seats, 6 disc CD (MP3) changer, nine speaker Alpine audio system , Sat Nav with TMC, BT mobile phone integration, dual rear audio feeds, auto-dimming interior mirror, dual zone climate control, power seats, Cold climate pack (heated seats, screens and power foldback mirrors) , Dual panoramic sunroof, 17'' alloy wheels, automatic sensing headlights/wipers, met paint (inc bumpers), cruise control, driver information centre, Hill/Roll/Traction control (Terrain response gizmo), ABS, DSC, CBC (Corner Brake Control), Parking sensors (front/rear), FMDSH, years full dealer warranty and breakdown assistance.

Car is in fantastic condition and so far has been lovely to drive, and with all that extra space over the Mini it should prove practical as well.

Anyway here are some pics:-

Nice plate haha.

Bit of a change from a mini to that though I must say!

Nice car - not convinced about the interior though, never been a fan of half leather... is the middle bit blue?!

Seems very nice but I dont see the point in owning a 4x4 unless you use it off road. If people want space get an estate or some sort of people carrier or mini bus. Other than my little rant its a tidy.
