What is the best/Most stable release for 5xxx series cards (5850 Arriving tomorrow)

Mainly for DiRT 2, Are the 9.12's stable or is the leaked versions worth a shot ?

Run with the 9.12s Cesar.

I've had nothing but problems with the Betas... and 9.12 Hotfix!

Always the same with Sapphire (Sapphire 5850). Would i be just as well grabbing the 9.12's from ATI's site ? Similar package right ?

The 9.12s, even with the hotfix, have given me texture problems in both Anno 1404 and Dragon Age. I picked up the 10.1 betas and no longer have any problems.

They are up, but not officially, put the url in to a DL manger.

Since they are released US time, it will always be late in the UK, I'd say if they weren't up at 8pm then there delayed has happened before lol

That doesn't work like it used to haha, unauthorized download, they won't authorize it until there fully ready with the links in place

EDIT - This is saying Catalyst CCC is already up to date when I install. Shouldn't it be installing CCC and a driver?

They don't alway update the CCC, and you can see for yourself it's a newer driver than the 9.12's.
