blue ray help ?

Hi there i,m a bit confused about playing blue ray dvds ,if i have a blue ray dvd player in my p.c and my monitor is HD & has dvi connection ,can i play blue ray films ? or do u need HDMI ? Thanks :confused:
 
All you will need is software that is able to play blu ray.
DVI, HDMI, VGA & even component can play HD discs provided you use the correct software.
 
I use that and it should come with a disc with PowerDVD BD edition on it.

If you didnt get the retail, just purchase PowerDVD 9 from OCUK for 3.99!

(or download something of a similar standard :))

where do i get power dvd 9 on OCUK ??
