Are you a Boss that your staff like ?

A good boss hardly needs to manage staff at all tbh.
Because everyone knows their roles and what they have to do.
 
I like my boss, we get on pretty well. It is awkward at times like when I got a warning but I was quite blatently in the wrong, he is usually on our side anyway and is fighting against other managers. we manage ourselves and often dont speak to him for weeks.
