Had my PC downloading last night and this morning I found out someone had added me.

Normally I would post people's email addresses but this isn't a real person so be on the look out.

ME - no offense but if I wanted to record I could easily do no matter what programme you use :)

well I was expecting a friend of my girlfriends to add me but I was wary anyway.

Just thought I'd explore the scam so I could inform others.


You'd have to be crazy to comply lol :D
 
Hahaha some bot called Deirdre added me, told me she could show me all sorts of private cams as long as i didn't tell anybody else.

I then deleted her.
 
It's not just that, almost everything on here will jump straight to the top of the google search listings - you don't want to give it any more credibility
 
Surely if someone you don't recognise tries to add you then you don't accept 'them' and talk to 'them'? Common sense, simple common sense.
 
I wrongly clicked 'ok on Deirdre' after accepting a few mass requests last night. It took literally two seconds to realise it was a bot.

How people don't know and fall for this is beyond me.

how so? that they failed?

I googled the email as soon as I saw it. if someone else does it and it links to this then it's served it's purpose.

Anyway I'm not going to hang around while people slate me for bringing this to peoples attention...

I get loads of people add me on MSN from here. If they don't mention OcUK or tell me how they know me, they get blocked.
 
hate to break it too you but this kinda thing has been happening for years :/ hardly new.
