I normally like reading these threads without contributing, I like them to stay open because it's nice to read and take on board others view points regarding immigration and matters regarding race.

I knew as soon as I saw your first post it was going to then go downhill.

Does it vary depending on where the original person was born?

8000 years ago there was no such thing as a free lunch let alone free accommodation and spending money etc, back then you no work you no eat.

I have no problem with people coming here to work and pay there taxes like everyone else but I have a dislike for those who are here for handouts with no intension of ever working.

And I would be fascinated to watch you try to convince Australian Aborigines,North American Indians,the bloody Aztecs and everyone on the whole planet that they are not the indigenous population because they didn't evolve from bacteria in that exact place!

This. And to those: "Dey dook our jawbs!" - Rubbish. If they are willing to do your job better than you for less pay, fair play to them. If they can survive on that money, you can too.

However I do have a problem with those who come here for benefits.

It includes everyone, however my ancestors, if they WERE immigrants, didn't come to the country thinking "in a couple of hundred years, my future family will be able to get free money for nothing". Like I said, there's nothing wrong with immigration provided they are willing to work to support themselves. It's those that intentionally do not work so they can claim benefits that are the problem, immigrants or not.

Likewise, if a British person emigrated to another country and scrounged off them, they are no better than anyone doing the opposite. It is not the nationality that matters, but the principle of what they are doing and why.
