I watched Season 1 quite a while ago now and have only just got Season 2.

Can you recommend a site that goes through a catch up of all episodes from Season 1 so I can get up to scratch before I sit down to watch Season 2?

Cheers.

Cheers friddela.

Good times ahead for you. Brilliant program.

I really enjoyed the first season. I've just watched The Wire Season 3 and am getting a bit bored of it. Nothing really happens. It's just drags and drags imo. Great acting though. I prefer a bit more action with The Shield.

The Wire is excellent. Keep watching ;)

Just worked my way through to the final act last week and it's such an amazing show. Like someone above me said they put a bit of a refresher in at the start (on TV theres usually a good few months gap between seasons)

Like others say, it's an amazing show. I love the actors and that everything is not sugar-coated and correct in the end. Seems like people either don't care for it at all or love it.

It did drag abit into S4 only for me but it's still enjoyable. I'll admit I have seen them all about 3 times!
Easily my favourite show ever.

Going to watch The Wire as my friends recommended it to me. Just have to wait for a time where I'm more available as I will most probably be hooked :(

Oh, and am I the only one who can't watch anything Ross Kemp without thinking Vic Mackey? :p

I loved the first three seasons but felt that it really lost its way from there until the end. On the whole though it had some great characters and was still better than most cop dramas. It gets pretty bloody grim toward the end but I had to find out how it worked out for the main characters.

If you like The Shield and havent seen Sons of Anarchy then definately check that out as well, quality stuff.

Also tv.com have some pretty in depth episode summaries, should help catch you up on what happened.
