Out of those only the xenons, HK audio and leather are paid for optional extras on a 330i afaik, and good luck trying to find one without leather! But it depends on the price as to whether it's a good deal or not.
 
For some reason I thought it was a 2001. No idea why.

Point still stands - its a lot of money for a car thats nearly 8 years old. BMW's are fantastic but one thing they will never be is 'a lot of car for the money'.
 
Wikipedia mentions that the Harmon Kardon stereo is standard on the 330 Ci Sport model post mid-2001. Is that true? Does it include the upgraded speakers as standard?

* 325i and 325iT: New standard equipment: foglights, cruise control, & automatic climate control
* 325Ci and 325Cic: New standard equipment: automatic Climate Control
* 330: Due to customer feedback, there was a midyear change back to a steering system with less boost, although more than 323s and 328s had. BMW offered a free "steering retrofit" to reduce the boost for some time. You now must pay for this retrofit. This only affected 2001 cars.
* 330i: New standard equipment: power Seats, Harman Kardon stereo, & sport suspension
* 330Ci & 330Cic: New standard equipment: Harman Kardon stereo
