Right... First of all, I have really really good metabolism, that its peeing me off a bit.
Anyways, my main problem is gaining weight/muscle mass.
I've once tried to get fat by eating 4 quarter pounder burgers for every meal of the day (3 times a day) and anything I could eat in between those meals i.e. Sandwiches, Cheesecakes, Cakes, Pasties, Pies etc. After doing this for a few weeks (3 or 4 weeks), I finally managed to gain over half a stone. So I thought great !!
Anyways, after the harsh fatty diet, I went back to my normal eating habbits i.e. Eat breakfast (cereals), lunch, tea (mostly lots of meat) and a sandwich and milk before going to sleep. A week or so later, I lost all the weight I gained
Anyways, the question is.... What can I do to gain weight (preferably mostly muscle mass) without having to constantly eat like a pig? Or do you think with my metabolism, Its impossible?
