If you could live in a fictional world, which would it be?

Not sure if we've discussed this before, but what the hey. If you could live in a fictional world. which would it be, whether from a book/game/film etc and why?

My choice (at the moment, something that would be subject to change often :p) would the the Elder Scrolls universe, specifically Tamreil, becasue I ahven't played the otehr games yet. Adventuring and dungeon diving, doing magic spells, stealing stuff, being a secret assassin, and off to the tavern at night to eat heartily and drink ale and mead with a load of nords. Right up my street I think.

Star Wars universe would be pretty cool too.
 
Star Trek (specifically TNG).

Reason: It's what I believe Humanity has to develop into in order to survive.

I was going to say teh Matrix, so I could do what ever I liked with no limits.

However the above has a better thought provoking string and I'm leaning towards that idea now. (i.e it's a place I would like to see the human race evolve towards)
 
@ Star Trek, Star Wars, Middle Earth and Azeroth. Let's face it guys, not everyone gets to be a captain of the starship enterprise, a jedi master, a mighty warrior or wizard or a dragon slaying sword wielding hero in these worlds.

Kyralia, from the Black Magician Trilogy by Trudi Canavan. No particular reason other than the fact I just finished reading the books and had a dream that I was one of the magaicians.

Yeah but my thought was that in Star Trek the vast majority of people are without poverty, hunger or disease, regardless of if they're pewpewing the Borg or not. :D
