That's why I like HDR, it's easy to do everything and I can tell wtf is going on.

I am tempted to go along to this and have a go at the SSFIV touney.

Haven't really played SF properly in a while, have been dabbling again in HDR. I can't belive there is no SF2 at all though, that is a shame that NeoEmpire seemed to have let it die.

Watch Zak (SAGAT) vs Goukifafa (BALROG) from 6:45 onwards. Nothing but LOL to say there really, goukifafa is actually quite good, he's got good balrog links, he was regularly getting to the last 8 at the tournys in Manc, but I've never seen such a one sided hammering in all my life.

It's nowhere near dead, it's the second most popular game at evo.

The svb lot made a complete mess of the 2009 tournament so I am not at all surprised by any idiotic decisions they make.

It's to do with combo's as a percentage of your total moves iirc.

I've had a really wierd turn with this game.

I used to play quite regularly on 360/PS3 and would main 'Gief or Ryu - not to much of a decent standard I may add.

Started playing again on PC with a few mates and I've gone from not being able to use charge characters at all, to maining Balrog. Something just clicked with me and I can do the motions for his moves now (even headbutt > ultra lol)!

Could do with learning a few more combos etc, but I'm definitely enjoying the game again... even though I'm still crap!
