Just been having a discussion with my mate about an old 80's BMX type bike that had a little LCD screen on it with fake radar pictures or something that came up when you pressed a button. It also make space invader noises and had loads of plastic fairing type stuff stuck to it. Anyone remember what it was called ? The ones I remember were black in colour, I'd love to find a picture of one !

The one I'm thinking of had a black box with a screen situated between the handle bars and a couple of buttons. It wasn't the Raleigh Vektar though.

found it ! :

That was also known as the Street Wolf. It came in red and black. It had a smaller frame, aimed at kids that we upgrading from a bike without stabilisers.

They also did one with a full on computer running all the way down the frame. I cant remember the name, it was something like Street Vector. It had a speedo and other stuff built in.

:( the closest i ever got to sound effects was a card in my spokes.

n00b, Kellogs Frosties used to have the spoke attachments free to make the "clacking" noise :p

come to think about it, we didn't really have coke cans when i was growing up, they were an imported Luxury.

we had glass bottles though :D
