Thank you for your email in regards to your Play.com order for Battlefield: Bad Company 2 with Play.com Exclusive Early PC BETA Access, and I would like to apologise for any inconvenience that this issue has caused to you.
I have had our games buyers speak with the games developer in regards to your code issue, and it would appear that due to high demand that the servers are not able to check the codes correctly and when they are unable to find a match will give the error message that you have received.
With this in mind we have been asked by the games developer if you could continue to try the code, as they have assured us that all customers have been issued with 1 unique code per game order, which is in full working order.
Once again please accept my sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused you and thank you for your patience and valued custom.
