Maybe a slip of the tongue at first, but the 2nd time he says it, he says moon and Mars?

Someone remind me why we need to spend billions on going to the moon again? I can see it's in the interest of exploration, but it's too high a cost when there are other issues that are much more pressing on earth.

Technology advancement would be incredible for going back.

Things they used for the moon landings in the 60s we use everyday now.
