does anyone use this headset for pc/xbox360 i havent tryed it on 360 yet but i testing it out on my pc

the bass is far to high in games, arent these suppose to be for helping u locate where ppl are? not just hear massive bass in ur ears

also in css when testing if i shoot 1 bullet i hear 2 bullet shots for some reason ;s

does anyone know what is causing this?

edit:~ omg so many spelling errors these headphones are giving me a headache

I use mine mostly on 360, but I've tried it on PC (Asus Xonar D2) and I never had any bass problems. Maybe try resetting your soundcard settings to headphones, lowering your system volume a bit and try again?
 
tryed them on 360 now still same problem to much bass not enough backround noise , was i just expecting to much or what? i feel i could tell where ppl were easier on my old fatality gaming headset and my infrared philpes headphones i dont understand ;x
 
sounds like you havnt got something configured properly with the css double shot noise.

Yes you're expecting too much, theres going to be barely any difference between decent headsets really in games. Try playing for fun, you wont die for real.
 
gaming headsets are terrible any headset is tbh.

They're full of bass cause that **** is supposedly what "gamers" want :/

But seriously desk mic + good pair of proper headphones from sennheiser tbh you'll hear things much better than gaming 5.1 headphones etc.
 
agreed with tefal, iv got a pair of £50 sennheisers kickin around and the only better headphones/earphones iv used than them are a set of bose earphones, and half the perk of those was earplug effect.

You buy cheap tat, you get cheap tat.
 
they were 45 so not so cheap,

@peetee i do play for fun but i am doing terrible now compared to how i was doing before hand :(

do u think i should return them? i bought them online
 
iv just googled them and found em for £40, and they'v got a microphone - £40 for a headset with a mic marketed for the 360.. if they wernt marketed for the 360 I would guess theyd be sold at a good tenner cheaper - they definately ARE a cheap pair.

definatly mate return them and get a £5 desk mic and a good pair of shenns.

You'll notice the difference in the ability to hear were people are + they will sound great for music and films too :)

The 360 accessory tag ill add a fair whack to the price. But headsets for "gaming" are always terribly overpriced for cheap tat.
