The Cleveland Show

I dont understand why they would pick Cleveland for a spinoff.

I basically watch Family Guy for Brian and Stewie. A spinoff with them would be my dream TV series (behind Chuck and Firely).
 
Cleveland show and Family guy = WIN

American dad = ****

& Tim the Bear is the best character ever!

Personally, that was just another crap black joke. I don't understand why Family Guy has relied so heavily on such material recently - it's there in such abundance that it has got old very fast.

Woo races are different and people are racist. How edgy. Yawn.

The series gets better as it goes on... I take it you've only seen the first episode.

Yer damned right it is! :D Roger is a legend, makes me LOL loads. Patrick Stewart is great in it too.

I reckon they chose Cleveland as it'll appeal to a different audience. If they'd done a Quagmire show it would have been the same sex jokes and then it would get the same criticism that Cleveland is getting here.

I thought it was OK so I'm hoping it will mature and get better.

Erm sorry you mention great and dollhouse? No just no, i watched first few episodes and at best it was okay. I get its a matter of opnion but really it shouldnt of got renewed in the first place especially after TSCC had a great seconed season to be ditched for dollhouse was a joke.

Regarding this i watched as a guy at work said it was very funny and far better than family guy, caught two episodes of it on E4 and wasnt any were near as good as he made out was okay thou not brilliant
 
Not impressed so far..And I normally enjoy the odd Family Guy/American Dad (Moreso American Dad) To think this got King of the Hill Cancelled...god I loved that show :(

Should have stuck with it. TSCC was largely crap too, but like Dollhouse it had its moments. The first season was ok, but it was build up stuff. The second season had some great bits of tv and sadly it paid the price for trying to give the characters some depth at the expense of all out action.

As for the Cleveland Show. I watched about 2 minutes of the first episode, horrible horrible tele. And this is coming from someone who enjoys Family Guy and American Dad.

You're judging a complicated show with multiple plot arcs....on the basis of a few episodes? Especially as it started very poorly, from episode 6 of season 1 onwards it was superb.
