Hi Everyone,

I'm hopefully building a new rig at the end of the month (first time I've bought an entire new PC! WOOOO!) and I'm thinking of getting the Antec 300 case to fit it all in.

However, I use a 3.5" slot memory card reader daily, and this case doesn't have any 3.5" slots that I can see!

Is there any slots in this case hidden away?

If not, any suggestions? I'd rather avoid an external reader, but that might be my only choice??

Or, any other suggestions of a nice clean black case for about the same money?

Cheers,

Andy.

As above

for the card reader I had/have on my Antec 900 case, there was an adapter cage for a 3.5 to fit in, so might be an idea to see if that will fit in a 300

Cheers for the input guys.

Having see there are some nice looking desk card readers (for only £15 or so), worse case scenario, I'll just fit one of them!

ATB, Andy.

If i remember rightly you get a mesh front bezel with the case, with a 3.5 hole in for the card reader/floppy drive

You have to purchase this seperately. It doesn't come with the 300...

3.5” External Drive Bay
Note: This case does not come with an external 3.5” drive bay. To install an external 3.5”
drive bay, you need to contact Antec Customer Service to purchase a 5.25” to 3.5” Adapter.

Cheers for all the input!

That's really useful, now I'm in two minds as to whether I want to even sully the front of my new shiny case with a card reader (so might just go for a desk mounted one!).
