You're on a full bus, bus pulls over, driver gets out of cab then kneels down in the aisle and starts to pray.
Because of the circumstances and the strangeness of the incident I would have reacted within seconds of him kneeling down.
Anybody who says this is normal needs their head looking at.
I work with Muslims and they all agree that he was lucky not to have been beaten in such circumstances.

I cannot think of any possible scenario where a bus driver getting out and praying would lead to any other reaction than befuddlement. The thought of launching myself at the driver because he was praying is nothing short of laughable, frankly.

ok it's not normal but surely you can see that you're overreacting to this. why would you want to kick someones head in just because they have got down to pray ?
i said 5 minutes as that is the amount of time people have said he took to pray, it's all he did 'pray'.
i'm still not sure where people are making the link from someone getting down to pray and blowing themselves up.
Why don't you use those emergency hammers designed to break the windows?

Personally, I'd have no problem with someone showing him the disrespect he had shown others. The selfish, arrogant, ignorant b******d maybe needed a bit of a kick up the arse.

He should have gotten the boot.
He should either have:
a. Waited until his breaks.
b. Asked the bus company to give him routes and journeys that meant he would not be working at his prayer times.
c. If that wasn't possible, the bus company shouldn't have hired him.
The real world should not come to a standstill to pander to religious beliefs (Of any sort).
The "terrorist" comment was a bit OTT, although I can sort of understand it as it's not something you expect to see.

And if he couldn't be accommodated, then don't give him the job. He shouldn't have been employed if he couldn't fit in with the job.
But I also think he'd have got a smack in the chops if he'd have done that in the town down the road from me. And I have no problem with that.

No he shouldn't. You should only ever be given the boot for something totally unacceptable/dangerous whatever the reason.
The first stage of a formal disciplinary service (or whichever stage currently at) should be the proper and justified conclusion to this.
Assuming we're talking about the middle of the journey bus driver and not the Sun damages bus driver
