How English sounds to non-speakers

That first french guy must be a good linguist with the way he was able to do the sounds of the arabic language. Can be very hard to imitate!

Agreed, best video out of the lot. Catchy tune!!!!!!

Interesting stuff though, thanks OP.

The right kind of notes are being struck but there's no tune to follow.

Very disturbing that it can it sound sound so wrong while being so familiar...

Here is the most interesting one out of the lot:

Italian singer, songwriter, comedian, actor, and tv host Adriano Celentano wrote this amazing song in 1972.
The video itself is pure eye candy, and the words are what English sounds like to a non-native speaker, and they’re pure gibberish.
Celentano has stated that the song is about incommunicability in the modern age,... and prisencolinensinainciusol is supposed to stand for “universal love.” Amazing.

Oll Raigth!!!

Ing-ger-luuund, Ing-ger-luuund, Ing-ger-luuund...

Durrr dur durrr, durrr dur durrr, durrr dur durrr...

That's what we sound like. Brainless, shaved heads, stupid and drunk.

After living in the Netherlands for 2 years, I've actually gotten unaccustomed to English accents.

So, whenever I hear someone call our tech support line from the UK, they always sound like Charlie Brown's parents. :D
