Here, in no specific order, are 10 things you need to know coming out of X10 today:

  • The Halo Reach multiplayer beta will kick off on May 3. You will be able to access the beta via the Halo 3: ODST game disc.
  • Dead Rising 2 will release in North America on Aug. 31, Japan on Sept. 2 and Europe on Sept. 3.
  • Dead Rising: CASE ZERO an exclusive download only on Xbox LIVE, will launch prior to the full game and provide a playable prologue that bridges the story between the two titles.
  • Alan Wake will launch May 18 in North America and May 21 in Europe. Players can pre-order the title to receive the Bright Falls Bonus Pack, which includes exclusive content like Avatar gear, an Xbox LIVE theme, and a “making of” video.
  • The Xbox 360 Final Fantasy XIII Special Edition Bundle will release starting March 9 for $399, and include a 250GB Hard Drive, two Wireless Controllers, exclusive downloadable content and a Standard Edition copy of the game.
  • Toy Soldiers will kick off the Xbox LIVE Arcade Block Party on March 3
  • Perfect Dark, Scrap Metal and Game Room will launch this March as a part of the Xbox LIVE Arcade Block Party.
  • Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell Conviction will release at retailers starting April 13 in North America, April 16 in the United Kingdom, and April 28 in Japan.
  • Lost Planet 2 will launch in North America and Europe on May 18.
  • Fable III will be available this holiday.

My current router only has 1 port for internet (just 1 goddamnit :( ) so I can't even hook my 360 up to the internet. I've tried using my old router and it stopped working some reason. Point is I want my internet back soon so I can download shale and blood armour for dragon age and Mass effect 2 and get the XBLA games I have and will miss out on if I don't (shadow complex, Perfect dark, Puzzle quest galactrix etc.). Oh and the Halo reach beta, definitely want to get in on that @_@

- 1080p, 60 FPS remake of the original N64 classic. Character models that were originally 300 polygons now boast 3500, while guns have leapt from 150 polygons to nearer 2000.

- Like the original Perfect Dark, Goldeneye's three best maps – Temple, Facility and Complex are included, but this time out there's a special bonus; Goldeneye's weapon set is also being included, meaning that for all intents and purposes the game has finally made it to Microsoft's console.

- 4 players splitscreen vs 4 players splitscreen over live, 4 player splitscreen offline, Counter OP,and Co-Op both online and offline, 8 players online deathmatch.

- "Multiplayer's also been boosted, with all the game's original modes now playable with eight players online. All the split-screen options are also present and correct, available both online and off. It's more than a recipe for some nostalgic shooting – Perfect Dark's multiplayer is still so compelling that we wouldn't be surprised if it managed to oust some of the bigger guns at the top of Xbox LIVE's most played list."

- "Spartan and Duty Calls" Controller options , "It may not be subtle, but Halo and COD fans will know exactly what to do once the game starts."

- Game is out in March for 800 POINTS :eek::D:p

Use a switch? :D Could have 4 ports then for less than £10
 
Perfect Dark sounds excellent, think this is going to be a great event! Can't wait!

Wonder if the MP will have bots again?
