Please note that with immediate effect you can contact OcUK on the following phone numbers:-

Why isn't OCUK change it to 0870 number instead ! It cost me alots of money for deaf peoples to use typetalk (type to the operator relay, then the operator relay speak to ocuk on deaf person behalf, then ocuk speak back to the operator relay before the operator replay type it back to the deaf person on the minicom) as this would result a very long call involved than a normal hearing person who will speak to ocuk direct in a quickly call than a minicom. It took me 46 mins using typetalk relay service and BT charged me £4.70 for 46 mins call on the 0871 number. I think OCUK should re-consider this call for deaf person during typetalk relay service (most OCUK doesn't understand what is Typetalk Relay Service is and hang up the call) which it isn't fault on me or other deaf person who cannot dial direct to OCUK.

Personal, I am not blaming OCUK for this. Because other company such as Sky, Virgin Media, BT had special textphone direct for all deaf peoples and save the money cost during a long call via typetalk relay service.

You don't need to call us. You can post order queries in the Customer Service Forum or send us a webnote - both of which are free.

Yes but how long will they reply ? Day, week ? Mostly I posted in customer service and some post take a week to reply. It really annoyed.
Not here you didn't. All posts are replied to within 24 hours (working week) or less.
