Generic belief that the law is infallible comment

I agree the law system isn't perfect, he should be locked up for life. It could be a lot worse. But isnt the current law system better than people taking the law into their own hands?

Yes him being hanged would be much cheaper but its not just. What if he had mental problems? Sanctity of life? Etc.

Someone needs to dish out the justice that ther judge failed to give with a 12 year term. Utterly deserved.

The judge gave him an indefinate sentence with a minimum of 12 years. He also received an indefinate sentence with a minimum of 10 years for raping another child. The likelyhood is that he will never be released from prison.
