How do I go about getting this, I'm at the point where I'm at checkout but I don't see any ways to sync this account with my OCuk online one :/

On OCUK site, go to Your Account, then on the left, You and Your Account. About half way down is a Forums Account section where it says "Enter your forums username and password here to link your forums account and receive free shipping (if eligible)".

15 seconds of haphazard clicking discovered it for me.
