Since you wanted it as cheap as possible these components would save £20 by swapping to these.

Patriot Viper Kit 4GB (2x2GB) PC3-12800 1600MHz Dual Channel £72.53

OCZ StealthXStream 500w Silent Power Supply £49.99

Coolermaster Elite 335 Case – Black £31.76

Samsung SH-S222L/BEBE 22x DVD±RW IDE Lightscribe Drive (Black) £18.99

Also the processor could save £22 more by going to this processor but I wouldn't recommend it most likely.
AMD Athlon II X2 Dual Core 245 2.90GHz (Socket AM3) - Retail

Post above seems to have forgot to include a hard drive so I recommend this
Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 500GB SATA-II 16MB Cache £40

Iwould recommend spending a bit more on a graphics card for a gaming rig. If I were you I would get at least a 5770 or buy a second hand 4xxx and save up for a newer card.

Just because it's not the best now doesn't mean it's not a good gaming card... that should still be able to play most everything at max settings.

According to all the reports I have read a 5670 isn't capable of playing most games at max settings. If you know different fair enough. Just thought since it's a gaming machine a slightly bigger investment in gpu was advisable. Just my opinion though :)
