The Press Complaints Commission (PCC) has decided not to uphold a complaint that an article by the execrable Ms Jan Moir of the Daily Wail was homophobic.
It has agreed that aspects of the article upheld the Daily Wail's proud tradition of being "extremely distasteful", offensive and inappropriate but that the article overall "just failed to cross the line". The CPS has confirmed that the article did not break the law.
The PCC was set up in 1991 to allow entirely unbiased press reptiles the opportunity to confirm that the British Media is the best in the world and needs no improvement in any way, shape or form
